A basic TTRPG for 3+ players and a GM about self-sabotaging your way to artistic success.

You are all down-on-your-luck artists. All your previous gallery shows, performances, recitals,  etc. have been poorly attended, and this upcoming one looks to be the same. Even your closest friends and family seem unswayed by the offer of free wine and cheese upon attendance. The main difference here is that this upcoming show is more important than any past one; this is make-or-break stuff. 

Recently, a now well-known artist’s work rocketed into fame when their opening night was crashed by someone who made a scene and vandalized their art. Like all good artists, you are ultimately a thief, so you are taking this idea for yourself and have put out a Craigslist ad inviting local ne’er-do-wells to come to your opening night, defile your art, and catapult you to the acclaim you so obviously deserve.

As such, you now must hire a troublemaker and recruit at least two other attendees (because you can’t have a scandal without at least a few people to witness it) to come to your show. If you pick the wrong troublemaker(s) or attendees, you will remain undiscovered and irrelevant, and will probably have to pick up a bunch of extra shifts at your s****y job. If you succeed, you will become a famous artist (at least for like a week) and be able to blow off your s****y job, possibly forever!
